Purpose and Independence

This is a private reference site. It does not represent a government office and does not hold the official records discussed in its pages. We cannot verify a person's custody status, order a release, alter a booking entry, submit court papers, or act for the Owsley County Sheriff's Office or Three Forks Regional Jail.

The site points visitors toward public jail and inmate-record resources serving Owsley County. It may also connect users with independently operated research tools. The source agency or service controls its own information and decides how access is provided.

Acceptable Use Rules

You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that respects others and the operation of the service. You agree that you will not:

• Break a federal, state, or local law while using the site
• Use information to stalk, harass, intimidate, or threaten another person
• Base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content
• Try to enter accounts, servers, data, or systems without authorization
• Deploy bots, scrapers, or automated tools against the site
• Interfere with site availability or another visitor's access

No Consumer Reporting Services

Owsley County Recent Arrests is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It provides no background check, credit report, or consumer report. Its advertising and search partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use information found here for:

• Deciding whether to hire, retain, promote, or dismiss someone
• Evaluating a tenant, lease applicant, or housing request
• Setting creditworthiness, lending terms, or insurance premiums
• Determining eligibility for a license, permit, or government program
• Any other decision regulated by the FCRA

Third-Party Links and Tools

The site links to resources such as jail rosters, booking feeds, sheriff and corrections pages, government portals, legal-information providers, and outside search services. A link is provided for convenience and does not endorse the destination. We do not control or accept responsibility for an outside site's content, privacy practices, data handling, security, or uptime. Review the destination's own terms before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site, its content, and its functions are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, no express or implied warranty is made regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information
• Continuous or uninterrupted access to the site
• The absence of errors, bugs, or security weaknesses
• The scope or completeness of results returned by a partner tool

Custody status, charges, court schedules, and public records can change quickly. Nothing published here is an official statement from the Owsley County Sheriff's Office, Three Forks Regional Jail, a court, or another public agency. Verify material with the office that originated it.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Owsley County Recent Arrests and its owners, operators, and content partners will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from access to, inability to access, reliance on, or use of the site or any linked service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless a different owner is identified, the site's text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code belong to Owsley County Recent Arrests or its content partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or modify those materials without prior written permission from the applicable owner.

Revisions to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms become effective when they are posted on this page. Continued use after a revision means you accept the version then in effect.

Kentucky Law Controls

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute concerning these terms or use of the site must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kentucky.

If One Term Is Invalid

If a court finds any provision invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions will continue in full force.
